What is your mission?

 

  • Acomplishes quality assurance and compliance people objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, mentoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves quality assurance and compliance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving provlems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets quality assurance and compliance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Develops quality assurance and compliance plans by conducting risk analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
  • Validates quality assurance and compliance processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any fields
  • At least 8 years (s) of working experience in a Quality Management role
  • Minimum of 3 years on a Managerial Capacity
  • Expertise with QA and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guielines
  • Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
  • Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
