What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment activities in Korea. This role will partner closely with operation leaders, drive sourcing strategies, oversee hiring operations, and strengthen employer branding efforts to attract top talent in the market.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in fast-paced environments, where high-volume hiring and strong stakeholder management are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, operations, and specialist positions.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, and offer discussions.
  • Partner with hiring managers on job scoping, workforce planning, and market insights.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines through job portals, social platforms, networks, and referrals.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and localized branding efforts.
  • Provide recruitment data, insights, and recommendations to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and maintain ATS accuracy.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes for speed, quality, and efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Korea.
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and specialist hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience in the BPO, tech, or multinational sectors.
  • Employer branding experience (digital and on-ground initiatives).
  • Strong market intelligence and understanding of Korea’s talent landscape.
