What is your mission?

• Handles one, or multiple Sourcing channels.
• Plans and executes traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities.
• Ensures strong implementation of Sourcing initiatives and post-mortem reviews for action planning.
• Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Monitors costs and hiring statistics of activities and maintain accurate data recording.
• Develops innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client department.
• Leverages on various resources to source qualified candidates including internet, organizations, media and networking.
• Handles and manages all merchandise related to the channel, and ensures ample supply for future use.
• Conducts pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
• Encodes and updates applicant entries in the database.
• Does administrative tasks as assigned.
• May be required to do other ad hoc tasks including, but not limited to reports, special projects, etc.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 2 years’ experience in Recruitment or Sourcing in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO.
• Experienced Recruiter adept in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Experienced Recruiter with strong competency profiling & interview skills assessment.
• Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Has high confidence level and ability to influence through expertise.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
