What is your mission?

  • Create product plans and roadmaps with the Regional Digital Innovation Director.
  • Manage the product roadmap for new features implementation to achieve company goals.
  • Manage daily workflow with a team of front-end developers, programmers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Define features, write specs, user journeys, create wireframes, prototypes, test plans, and release checklists.
  • Collaborate with the technical teams to continuously improve product performance.
  • Conduct data analysis and research to help define and improve product experience, while ensuring to communicate effective outcomes.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, related field, or equivalent. 
  • Preferable with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Experienced in managing digital projects with lots of moving pieces.
  • Possesses strong technical background and technical interest.
  • Passionate about building high-quality systems with best practices of software implementation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, is result-orientated, and has strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
