What is your mission?
- The Search Expert - As the AEO/GEO and SEO subject matter expert, you will manage search optimization efforts across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including keyword/prompt research, content optimization, internal linking, backlinks building, and performance reporting. Your goal is to improve organic traffic, search rankings, AI visibility, brand mentions and citations across major search engines and LLM platforms such as Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
- Strategizing potentials and improvements - Identify SEO and AI search growth opportunities through a structured, data-driven approach. Conduct competitor analysis, content performance evaluation, and keyword/prompt opportunity discovery to uncover content gaps and improve visibility across both traditional search engines and AI platforms.
- A trend-watcher - Continuously monitor changes across the search and AI landscape, including algorithm updates, SERP features, AI-generated answers, and emerging search behaviors. Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve search visibility and maintain a competitive edge.
- The website guardian - Work closely with the development team to monitor tracking, resolve technical issues related to ranking, and ensure website performance, site architecture, and structured data are optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in SEO, preferably in B2B market.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, strategy and best practices that resonate with our target audience.
- Strong understanding of how AI is transforming search behavior, content discovery, and how brands gain visibility and mentions across LLM platforms.
- Up-to-date with trends, algorithm updates, and evolving search technologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and using data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience working with global brands and understanding the nuances of local marketing needs.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO/GEO platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
