What is your mission?

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and execution of project work efforts.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, risk and resource requirements.
• Establishe and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Provide general support for Head of Corporate Development.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
• Preferably with 3 -5 years of work experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
• Experience in financial and banking industry and accounting firms preferred
• Strong communication skills, and experience in working with many stakeholders from different functions (users, systems).
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
