What is your mission?

• Responsible to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards from various sources
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather dashboard requirements; understand, analyse and translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the insightful dashboards.
• Provide support and maintenance of dashboards to ensure availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards; Build data checks to constantly improve the data integrity and accuracy of dashboards.
• Responsible for daily administration and monitoring of the data warehouse and the collection of all data from the various sources.
• Implementation of a self-service reporting strategy, where power users can build, run and manage their own reports, in controlled environment.
• Setup metadata management, define policies and processes that ensure information can be integrated, accessed, shared, linked, analysed and maintained to best effect across the organization, which include standardize and align all business metadata and transformation logic across platform.
• Track utilization and forecast licensing requirements.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Database Management or any related field
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have sound understanding of BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, structured query language (SQL) skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques.
• Expert, demonstrated knowledge of relational database models, ETL architecture, and data modeling. Deep knowledge on building complex reports.
• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
