What is your mission?

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software (ie. Bob, GEM, or similar).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with minimun 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquistion and HR operations
  • You are required to schedule interviews of panel rounds and case studies for general candidates, and manage all scheduling for external agency candidates
  • Ad hoc support of Gem and LinkedIn job posting postings
  • Support recruiters on data management - providing weekly data updates that help ensure that roles are closed out timely and all candidates have been dispositioned
  • Support HR admin team in HR letters generation, event management and other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Abilibity to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
