What is your mission?

• Sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for various client positions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Presenting and recommending top candidates to clients.
• Negotiating salary and benefits packages with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Identifying and addressing recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to share best practices and improve processes.
• Providing input on salary guidance, market analysis, and industry research.
• Managing multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns and prioritizing tasks.
• Staying up to date with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any related field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment technology, CRM systems, and other tools.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
