What is your mission?

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance the team's recruitment capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex recruitment challenges, offering solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with recruitment services.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide updates on recruitment progress, metrics, and market insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, client policies, and organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate reports on team performance, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal leadership to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in the recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven success in an RPO or agency recruitment environment, with expertise in managing high-volume hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian labor market and recruitment trends.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
