What is your mission?

• Utilize various job portal and other sourcing tools to identify candid­ates and generate pipeline, both active and passive, for approved openings.
• Screen and qualify candidates before transitioning to Recruiters.
• Research and know the local and national market for comparative roles and industries
• Work closely with the Recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
• Identify potential candidates through the use of inctricating university partnership, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing etc.
• Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the recruitment and selection.
• Looking for individual with sales and marketing mindset.
• Able to work independently and meet the required targets on a timely basis.
• Re-engineering, process improvement skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and HRM system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
