What is your mission?
- Identifying prospects’ needs through a discovery session and scoping assessments
- Presenting product information to customers once the needs have been identified
- Reach out to all leads and schedule scoping calls. Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any service.
- Collect and verify details of decision makers including full name, position title, email and contact number.
- Source organic leads who are defined as businesses who can potentially be new clients of TDCX.
- Proactively offers innovative approaches to further improve documents from the Client Solutions team
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification
- Proven hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office
- Reliable and can work in a minimally managed high profile position
- Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
