What is your mission?
- Create learning materials that include but not limited to the following: elearnings, powerpoint slides, Facilitator and Participant guides, workbooks, handouts, huddle sheets and other learning documents
- Design learning programs geared towards application rather than just memorization
- Ensure materials created answer business needs and/or are targeted to closing performance gap
- Maintain and update Training Catalogue
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to produce effective training courses
- Conduct Training Analysis to identify needs to produce the correct intervention
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Training Design Implementation
- Strong background in elearning tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Ispring etc.
- High proficiency in creating learning objectives/outcomes with materials that achieves it
- Proficiency in Multi Media tools
- Fast working process is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
