What is your mission?

 

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Training Officers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Participate in meetings and client discussions to understand and meet training requirements set by stake holders.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall learning and development strategy.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • College Undergraduates with at least 3 years of Training Manager experience ; Associate or Diploma courses are accepted
  • Minimum overall BPO experience for at least 7 years
  • Experience in conducting Leadership Training and/or Product Specific Training for at least 3 years
  • Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
