What is your mission?

We are seeking a Translation Review Analyst to review Mandarin translations of English content. This role ensures the translated content is accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain high language standards and support ongoing improvements in translation quality.

 

  • Review the Digital Marketing content translated from English to Mandarin to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone.

  • Make adjustments or rephrase translations when needed to better reflect the original message and intent.

  • Ensure translated content is culturally appropriate and aligned with local language use.

  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to improve the quality and consistency of translations.

  • Work closely with internal teams to clarify context, resolve translation-related questions, and align on messaging.

  • Support process improvements by sharing suggestions based on recurring translation issues.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Candidates with previous Mandarin customer service or QA experience are welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), as the role involves reviewing and working with bilingual content.

  • Strong attention to detail with a good sense of language accuracy, tone, and context.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members on content related matters.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess and improve translation quality.

  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
