What is your mission?
• Lead and grow a team of UI/UX designers.
• Own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, branding, and digital marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals,
and user experience.
• Conduct or oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Set KPIs to measure design effectiveness and continuously improve processes and outputs.
• Project planning and resource management for UI/UX work.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of working experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design.
• Experience developing and managing a design system is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, is result-orientated, and has strong problem solving and analytical skills.
