Title:  UI/UX Manager

What is your mission?
As a UI/UX Manager, you will lead and develop a team of talented designers and be responsible for delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences across digital platforms. You will manage the full UI/UX lifecycle—from strategy and research to design execution and usability validation.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
•Own the entire UI/UX journey across web and mobile platforms, including planning, user research, workshops, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements.
•Conduct or oversee design thinking workshops and usability audits to identify pain points and user needs.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams to align design strategies with business goals.
•Define and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence.
•Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
•Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure design impact and continuously improve workflows and deliverables.
•Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines for UI/UX initiatives.
•Contribute to the continuous enhancement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

What We’re Looking For:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
•Proven ability to lead full-cycle UI/UX initiatives—from research and concept to delivery and iteration.
•Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and design system best practices.
•Experience with usability testing, design audits, and analytics-driven optimization.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
