What is your mission?

  • Drive and optimize VIP Specialists flows for enhanced performance.
  • Innovate and contribute to ongoing improvements in loyalty efforts.
  • Build and lead a team of reliable, cooperative, and self-sufficient VIP Specialists.
  • Stay updated on all key performance indicators (KPIs) governing VIP operations.
  • Proactively run checks and analyses to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Conduct thorough communication quality audits on PMs/chats of VIP Specialists.
  • Provide meaningful and workable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable business and player-oriented activities, overseeing their execution with the utmost quality.
  • Expertise across various player engagement channels, with a preference for social media, and a track record in retention programs fostering high customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile game market products, both professionally and as a player.
  • Proven experience in effective people management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and a thorough understanding of social media strategy and tools.
