What is your mission?
- Provide confidential counselling and psychological support to content moderation specialists dealing with the emotional challenges of their role.
- Implement regular assessment protocols and/or psychometric evaluation, as required.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and other mental health issues that may arise in the course of their work.
- Develop and implement mental health and wellness workshops and programs tailored to the needs of content moderators, aimed at promoting workplace resilience and coping strategies.
- Align with Operational Management, the TDCX (MY) Wellness Team, the EAP 3.0 Employee Assistance Program, Employee Engagement, the Human Resource Business Partner (Team), Industrial Relations and other functional units to ensure a seamless network of support addressing situational and systemic issues affecting the emotional wellbeing of content moderators.
- Remain abreast of the latest research and Best Practices in mental health support for individuals working in high-stress environments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate or preferably Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, relevant Allied Health Profession, or Wellness-Related Discipline (fitness, nutrition, recreation, personal financial management).
- 5 years working experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated professional understanding of a wide range of Wellness-related pursuits, including but not limited to counselling theory & methods, stress management, motivation, Mindfulness, behaviour change and personal growth.
- Possesses strong time management skills and the motivation to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with computers, presentation software, visual and editing programmes, AI applications and integrated systems, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be skilled and enthusiastic about the creation of original content and thought leadership on relevant behavioural and holistic health topics particularly as related to workplace behaviours.
