What is your mission?
- Develop and implement comprehensive WFMaaS (Workforce Management as a Service) strategies aligned with both the client's sales objectives and overall business goals
- Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring high satisfcation and account growth
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KIPs) for WFMaaS effectiveness and efficiency
- Drive the development and implementation of best practices in forecasting, real-time management, and workforce analytics
- Develop strategies to translate complex WFM data into clear, impactful business recommendations
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve operations
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related filed, preferred not required
- 15+ years of experience in workforce managemetn, with at least 8 years in senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale WFM operations for major clients
- Expert knowledge of WFM best practices, technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills across all levels with both internal and external audiences
- Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
