What is your mission?

• Compiles and maintains accurate floor plans, renders and other construction documents of the current sites
• Contributes to the design solutions for interior space related concerns and extends support in the use of new finishes/materials
• Ensures an aesthetic look for the sites by proposing ornamental materials and finishes
• Contributes to company’s principle of being ahead of the common design trends
• Develops and maintains a filing system/documentation/expenses for all Workspace related documents (quotations, PRs, POs, invoices, gate pass, transmittals, delivery receipts, etc.)
• Coordinates with the vendors, RFP renders, project coordination, and the like, as needed
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates understanding of coordination and integration of building services with space planning needs
• Knowledgeable on Building Life and Safety Codes, regulatory requirements, LEED guidelines and the like
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and all Adobe Creative Suite programs, Sketch-Up, MS Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Ability to focus on multiple projects and design details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
